30 And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. Also See: Ephesians 1:13,14 which says 13 In him you also, when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and believed in him, were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, 14 who is the guarantee[a] of our inheritance until we acquire possession of it,[b] to the praise of his glory.

Precious Jesus this morning we come with our eyes looking up at you, and we praise you this morning, for all your creation and all the beauty you have given us to see. Lord, today we ask for peace, peace that only you can give. Lord, as we spend our quiet time with you help our minds to be transformed to you and help us to not focus on worldly things only things of heaven, one day we look forward to being with you, we love you Lord, In Jesus Name Amen.
